What is your return policy?

Total Racing Products does not offer refunds or returns due to buyer’s remorse. If you receive an item that is dead on arrival, defective, or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

While ordering, the only shipping options available are Local Pickup or UPS Live Rates. Why am I not being offered specific shipping speeds with accurate pricing?

Likely, you used autofill and/or typed your shipping address into our form incorrectly. When that occurs, there are only options to do Local Pickup or you are offered a $50 flat rate shipping cost called “UPS Live Rates”. If the “UPS Live Rates” isn’t enough to cover your shipping, we will contact you and invoice you for the difference. There will be no refunds if you made an overpayment. Double checking your work will make your order process a lot more efficiently and save you money.
