The Total Racing Products Aluminum DIY Intercooler End Tank Set gives builders everything they need to fabricate custom air to water intercoolers using Garrett’s 750HP cores, Garrett P/N 717874-6008, inside Gen 2 Audi R8 or Lamborghini Huracan engine bays. This set includes all four CNC cut end tanks required to complete one intercooler: an air inlet tank with a 2.5 inch opening, an air outlet tank with a 3.5 inch opening, two water side tanks with precision cut openings sized for -12 AN ORB fittings, and four -12 AN ORB female weld bungs. Intercooler cores are not included.

The water tank ports are strategically offset so coolant can enter one side of the core, fully saturate the internal water passages, and exit from the opposite side for optimal thermal efficiency. Crafted from .187 inch thick aluminum, these pieces weld cleanly while maintaining the strength and rigidity needed for high boost, high temperature environments.
