The Total Racing Products Aluminum DIY Intercooler Brackets give builders a simple, reliable way to mount air to water intercoolers when fabricating turbo systems for 2017 and newer Audi R8s and 2015 and newer Lamborghini Huracans. CNC cut from .125″ thick aluminum, these brackets are designed to weld directly onto your intercooler end tanks or fabrication plates so you can take full advantage of the factory mounting points on the chassis.

Because every custom turbo kit has its own packaging and geometry, some minor bending or finessing may be needed to achieve a perfect fit. Pairing the brackets with rubber isolators is encouraged to help manage vibration and protect your intercooler assembly long term.

We tested these brackets with intercoolers built from Garrett air to water cores and expect them to work with other brands as well, though final compatibility may vary depending on tank design.
