Total Racing Products Direct Injection (DI) Delete Kit – Huracan/R8

The Total Racing Products Direct Injection (DI) Delete Kit for Lamborghini Huracan and Audi R8 V10 platforms is designed for high-horsepower, race-focused engine builds where the factory direct injection system is no longer required or desired.

As power levels increase, the OEM DI system can become a limitation and a potential failure point, especially in high boost and high cylinder pressure environments. This kit allows for complete removal of the factory DI injectors and high-pressure pump feed, simplifying the fuel system while eliminating DI-related sealing and reliability concerns.

This kit is intended for owners wishing to have vehicles running port injection only using standalone ECUs such as a Motec.

• (10) Direct injection port plugs

  • Threaded 3/4-20

  • Broached for a 3/8″ square drive, allowing use of a standard ratchet for installation

• (10) Aluminum crush washers for proper sealing

• (2) Direct injection pump block-off fittings

Optional Tooling, DI Delete Tap & Guide Set

An optional DI Delete Tap & Guide Set can be added at checkout.

This tap and guide set is required to thread the cylinder heads on the Huracan and R8 V10 engines to accept the DI delete plugs. If you already own one of these tap and guide sets, it can be reused across multiple builds.

If you have not previously deleted DI using one of our kits, this tool set will be required and should be added to your cart.

• Proper calibration is required

• Vehicle must be configured with adequate port injectors and fuel system support

• Professional installation is strongly recommended
