Total Racing Products V10 Intercooler Pump Harness (Engine Bay Location) – R8/Huracan

This harness is intended to power a Pierburg CWA400 water pump that is mounted in a V10 engine bay on the passenger side. Included with the harness is an add-a-fuse that can be tapped into the passenger side fuse box for switched power to the relay. Out of the box, the harness is setup to run the pump at high speed all of the time; this is ideal for most cars running a factory ECU. If you would like to control the pump’s speed with PWM, you can cut the blue wire next to the DTM connector and connect that wire to a half-bridge output on your MoTeC.

NOTE: If you plan to use this harness to control pump speed via PWM, you must use a pump that was purchased before March 2024. In March 2024, Pierburg removed PWM from these pumps. The only functionality this harness will have with a new pump is to run the pump full speed all the time.
